This (fortunately for me) is my locally chippy! It has outstanding quality food. They have a good selection and if you ask for something that is not routinely cooked (ie chicken breast or chicken burger) they will cook it fresh for you while you waitand it’s worth the wait! You will see the queues coming out of this place on a Friday evening, but most nights are busy anyway. The chips are crisp, not soggy and soaked in grease. The fish is beautiful, again with crispy batter. They have a good chinese selection too now but I’ve only had the chicken fried rice so far, which was lovely. Recommended!
