I was with DRM for 18 months as a tenant and found them pretty darn good.
We didn’t have much trouble with the flat so we were lucky. DRM were helpful during viewings as we could, at the time, only view weekends and evenings. They accommodated us with a Saturday morning viewing.
After we decided to take the flat we were asked to gather quite a number of documents, since then I have done some ‘mystery shopping’ (paid work) in other letting agencies and have found that this is now the norm. I imagine the Safe Deposits Scotland Scheme has something to do with it.
From there it was smooth sailing and our move in day/​check inventory went smoothly — Pete is lovely!
Anytime we contacted DRM they were helpful and professional. One problem we did have was with a window and they organised to have it repaired in no time.
Having just finished up with this company I have absolutely no complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to rent with them again.
(FYI — deposits etc have been sorted so this isn’t me trying to get on their good side !!!)
