Nice 3-​star B&B with a victorian (?) atmosphere. Our room was huge compared to other ones I have seen in this price category and the interiour was nice. It was fairly clean and the staff is lovely. Breakfast is cooked to order and very good. The location is good, too. You can walk to Princes Street etc. in about 20 minutes. There’s also a bus stop practically opposite of the hotel.
I really recommend this place for a budget stay in Edinbrugh!
