This is a good resource if you are travelling to Edinburgh and need a spot of Hemodialysis. This is an agency run by ex dialysis nurses who will arrange a time and place at their 4 bed private dialysis centre. You will of course have to pay for the cost of a dialysis session which is currently £270. You will have to provide medical evidence that you are MRSA, HIV and Hepatitis free. Also they will require your hemo prescription and medical information prior to treatment.
As a renal patient with a functioning transplant I personally know that Hemodialysis provision in Edinburgh is very tight, but these guys will help and you should be able to claim some of the cost back from your health trust.
