I recently discovered this little gem, right in the heart of Leith, and wish I had done so ages ago.
This garage is tucked away down a little lane, despite being right on Duke Street, and would be easy to miss.
I used to go to a Ford main dealer for repairs and servicing and, although they were quick and efficient and (to the best of my knowledge) only did work which was necessary, I still had to hold my breath when I got the bill.
So far, I and two other family members have used S&J, and have been more than happy.
Speed (vehicles always ready before we expect them to be), efficiency, and (best of all) a smaller bill than we expect.
Actually, the REAL best bit is the garage dog — if you visit S&J, make sure to make it’s aquaintance!
