If you need to send parcels outside the UK and Europe like me especially during the holidays, look no further cause this place is it.
You can send parcels from Mailbox anywhere in the world but of course it can get pricey. For example I was sending gifts back to the US and for a parcel that weighed 6kg I had to pay £65?! A parcel weighing 4lb cost £24. You can choose to sent it through UPS, FedEX and others.
While this place main biz is to send parcels, you can also come to get biz cards and if you’re a student and you need to get your thesis printed, this place does it as well.
The staff is ok, except I never received the email that was suppose to be sent to me that includes my tracking number. All I have to say is, my package better arrive cause I did not pay ££££ for it not being there.

Everything started when my father wanted specific bread machine from an online UK supplier that only delivers to the UK. We ordered the bread machine and I was in charge of sending it.
I stepped in Mail Boxes ETC with my bread machine, I asked the price of packing and sending it and I was happy with the first and only option I was aware of.
I asked when the box will reach the destination, the person said Monday/​Tuesday.
It all sounded suitable, so I fulfilled the form with all the details and paid with credit card for packing and sending it (packing= 10£ sending = 40£) very satisfied in term of pricing.
Later on during the week (Wednesday), an email was sent to me with the detail of the shipment and the address was incorrect (the wrong house number) and the email was meant to be sent to the receiver. I contacted Mail Boxes ETC by phone, they checked my address and they assured me that the box will arrive home. Apparently the mistake was only in the email sent content. I also informed him that I was told it will reach the destination by Monday or Tuesday, the person replied it was an approximation and no promises were given.
After my experience with Mail Boxes ETC considering the price I would say this company is a good alternative.
In term of customer service they were friendly, warm and quite casual yet I would rate it average mainly because they expected me to know about the verity of services Mail Boxes ETC offer and decide on my own.
If you are lazy (like me) and know nothing nor bothered to know much: D with a desperate desire of having your parcel packed and sent while paying a bit more for extra peace of mind in this case, maybe Mail Boxes ETC is not the best option.
Try to avoid going to Mail Boxes ETC and expect them to give you a complete tour guide about the different options they offer.
