They have been my chemist for over 8 years now. I love the personal touches on the service. I like the building as it is listed and convenience as it is close to my doctor

This chemist shop has so much more than just medicines. This place is amazing for some cheap designer fragrances! i always go in here and get my vichy, so much easier than going up to george street!

I guess a chemist is a chemist, but when I popped into Lindsay and Gilmour for a packet of allergy tablets after leaving mine at home, I got the feeling this place was all about the customer service, much moreso than your regular Boots or Cockburns pharmacies! As well as the expected supply of pills, drugs, bandages and all that jazz, the make-up range is quite good too and I enjoyed a good rummage through whilst waiting on my prescription. Much more personal because it’s smaller, and I like that.

This medium sized pharmacy on Elm Row is definitely not Boots or Superdrug! They’ve got an interesting range of products available, and though you can get your basic medicine and toiletries, they also stock some fancy cosmetics and perfumes! I’m a big fan of Boots as they have hardly ever failed me, but a friend needed to buy something so we ended up at the much closer Lindsay and Gilmour. The store has quite a few luxury brands, such as La Roche Posay, and I was particularly distracted by their display of Bomb Cosmetics. I’m not entirely sold on the functionality of such products, but they were very pretty to look at!
