Leith Mount Surgery

This NHS surgery has changed a lot over the years, and it moved to this location almost 2 years ago. The practice consists of 5 reletively young GP’s and runs numerous health clinics; diabetes, hypertension, well woman, cervical screening and asthma. They have a great repeat prescription service which allows you to fill out a form online and even specify the chemist that you want to collect your drugs from.
It does now also have a commercial side which provides health services for travellers. Free to NHS are vaccinations for Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Diptheria, Tetnus and Polio. All other services have fees payable for services from the Adventure Tourism Travel Health Clinic. Fees are payable for Hepatitus B, Meningitis and MMR vaccines.
