Wonderful hotel!!! Very close to the seaside, great staff, great service !
Even only a 5min-​walk away is big ASDA to do shopping. Takes about 20min by bus to the
central Edinburgh. Oceandrive is a splendid area to spend holies !
Have been there with me mum this June for a week. LUV’D IT !
Will be back there next year for a week :-)
My advice: If you wanna spend GREAT holies — go there !
Breakfast and wifi included.
Breakfast is a MUST HAVE over there :)

Helpful woman at front desk named Tereza. She is 5 stars. Room was ok no bar soap and needs new rugs. Good location for the restaurants along the river. Try the Indian restaurant across the street! Yum!

Le charme discret de l’édimbourgeoisie
L’Express by Holiday Inn Waterfront est un bon choix. Le confort très raisonnable à ce niveau de gamme et le prix accessible au regard des standards britanniques en font un bon compromis, l’éloignement du centre-​ville étant rattrapé par la modernité de l’hôtel et sa qualité. La desserte efficace en bus et la proximité d’une attraction touristique, le yacht Royal Britannia, rendent cet excentrement très supportable, et le bilan global de cet hôtel est globalement positif, un établissement fonctionnel et pas trop cher.
