Fantastic local sandwich shop with unique and varied selection of fillings! Meatball marinara in a sesame bun was sublime! All sandwiches also come with 2 salads, and their selection was hugely appetising! Would visit here regularly if I could!

How to stand out among the plethora of sarnie shops? Hanks take an inspired approach.
You’ll never see a boring cheese and tomato sub in here. Instead they go for fresh, creative, and ever changing menu inspired by foods from all over the place.
This has won them a local following for sure, but it’s also their only downside in my view. Sometimes the flavours are so strong and the menu so eclectic, you can struggle to find three things for your lunch box that won’t over power each other.

Amazingly fresh food with very innovative choices not a standard filling in site. They are a little off the beaten sandwich track up at the canal basin but it is sooo worth walking the extra 50 meters or so to get food this good.

Nice new clean, reasonably priced sandwich bar in Fountainbridge. Tried the bacon rolls and lattes and was impressed. Friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Hope they make a good go of it.
