A traditional pub & hotel located next to the Murrayfield Hotel. Very friendly staff, quaint bar and impressive looking menu. I haven’t as yet eaten here so cannot comment, but plan to soon enough!

The Hampton Hotel is a simple hotel near Roseburn and Murrayfield so if you’re staying in Edinburgh for a rugby weekend then for proximity to the stadium you can’t get much closer. It’s also only a 5 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk into the heart of Edinburgh. It’s simply furnished but has a good bar. The room we stayed in was pretty spacious too.

Nice little hotel with a good bar near to Murrayfield Stadium. The Hampton sell a good selection of reals ales in its bar and reasonably priced food is also available in the restaurant. The place only seems to get really busy when rugby internationals or on at Murrayfield. Its also got TV in the bar showing sport but there not intrusive.
