All of the GPs I’ve seen her have been great and listen very well. I’ve seen Dr. Houseman and Dr. MacLeod and they are both attentive and patient. It was easy to get registered here and they always have appointments available when I need then, even the same day. Wait times are typically manageable. Really happy my local surgery is great!

I have been with this practice for 43 years, since I was a student. Up till now I have always been well treated, but sadly I will be looking for somewhere else to go. They have destroyed and broken my spirit, all because they could not physically see my problem. I have chronic sinusitis, caused initially by the incorrect and careless diagnosis of one person. I have been ill for nine months now and my immune system is at rock bottom. In desperation I asked to be referred to a private consultant who diagnosed my problem and more besides. I have been insulted beyond belief, told I should see a counsellor, obviously was lonely and had most likely taken to alcohol. I am none of these things, do not need any of their superfluous unprofessional comments and now about to spend my life savings on corrective surgery in a private hospital. Where is the justice in all this. Over the last 10 – 15 years I had to pay my own National Insurance stamp, worked all the hours on this earth to make ends meets to keep a roof over my head. I have no idea what I have done to deserve this treatment.

This is the best GP practice i have registered with in the last few years. All staff are very friendly and professional in their work. Each GP listens to you attentively and involve you in decision making about your care. They are always willing to diligently devote their time to resolve your worries and pains. Their empathy is superb!
