I’ve been to other Frankie & Benny’s and I have experienced better everything. My friends can agree that the service and food were «Meh. I’ve experienced waaAAAAay better».
It’s surprising to think food can change so much when it’s pre-​prepped. But it had. And it wasn’t set to standard.
This was reflected in the service. The waiter was in our words, RUDE.
I can say that this has really put me off from coming here again and I would put my brakes on if someone suggested it.
The special 2 courses for under a tenner reflects the quality clearly, especially on this occasion. I will make a point that I will not be wasting my tenner and go elsewhere in the complex.
