Shane did a superb job! My experience at Enterprise Waverley Station was perfection. After a long, horrific train ride from London to Edinburgh, it was so refreshing to see a friendly face upon arrival, who offered such stellar service and a great product. Shane couldn’t have been more helpful, kind, and honest, and totally changed the mood of the day to a much better one. He was extremely professional and explained everything in a most detailed yet efficient way. From that point forward, everything was great. Upon returning the car, the process was as painless as when I first arrived. You guys do great work, and deserve more than 5 stars!
