Had a bad experience once at burger king, where a trainee was making someone hot water, she was not looking or concentrated on the job and was chatting to another college. My friend was resting her arm on the counter and the trainee– while chatting and not looking– out the hot water down on the edge of the tray and it spilt all over my friends arm, leaving it sore and red. She never apologised but the manager was nice about it and apologiesed and took her details. She got her meal free.
The staff are usually just ignorant and looking like they cant be bothered!
Spacious and has loads of chairs, also the food is normally quite nice. Always giving out deals and tokens. Good for the food as it is normally nice, and inexpensize but service is really bad

Not the best Burger King I have evere been to by a long shot. The staff are always miserable and never look happy to help and the food is pretty average. When BK have extra items on the menu as they seem to seasonally e.g. jalepeno peppers, spare ribs, mozzarella balls they never have any left And they also charge 15p for there sauces!!!
