Very tight gift shop located on Canongate between the Museum of Edinburgh/​Canongate Kirk and Holyrood Palace.
Not a whole lot of room for browsing, but they do sell all of the stuff you would expect in a tourist/​gift shop, including postcards, cups and glasses, CD’s of bagpipers, t-​shirts, Scottish flags and kilts.
I was able to grab my handful of postcards and they also sell international stamps with no markup.
