I was recommended Able Flooring From a Friend who has used them a lot. We got Mark round to give a estimate as Floors had been badly cut up from other Contractors ie: Plumbers and Electrician to Central heating and full Rewire I really didnt think Floors could be done just from age of Cottage and condition of Floorboards. But Mark and his worker Craig said that they would be lovely as its old goergian Floorboards I was so impressed with the standard that we ended up doing a further room as I was so happy with Lounge. many thanks John Burnett Fowlers Cottage Linlithgow.

Unfortunately we were very unimpressed by this company. The first time the guy called in sick on the day work was intended to start on our floor. The second time they failed to turn up for their appointment to sand our kitchen floor and did not even call or notify us in any way. Now their phones have been switched off or our number blocked so we were unable to contact them. This is a very poor, unprofessional service. Arranging our plans around this appointment including taking time off work has been very inconvenient. Now we have allocated a more able company and have to repeat the same preparation for their arrival later in the week. I would not recommend this company to anyone
