Had buffet, only vegetarian food. Food seemed very freshly made. Very tasty, especially the red curry. Price level is average. Waiters are friendly.

Poor customer service ! Not worth the time or the hunger to eat here. Talk about rude people. How do they expect to get any client with such a nonchalant approach to clients. Food was super bland and way overpriced for what it was. Don’t waste your time people !

Not bad at all for a buffet, the buffet is plentiful, you get a good range of thai food and japanese food to choose from all freshly cooked and made to order. I like the fact that it also includes lots of green vegetables, rice and noodles for £14.99 this is a bargain

Went there for a friend’s birthday. As this is out of central London, it is a bit of a pain to get to. The buffets in this country is worse than having McDonalds. This place serves Thai and Sushi so I wasn’t convinced about this place at all. I wasn’t expecting much from this place. But at the same time I knew my friends wouldn’t even dare thinking of going to a place where buffets are heated up day after day with poor quality food. On arrival it was pretty empty. We were the only party although it was only 6pm. By 7pm this place was buzzing and all tables were filled with hungry people. Staffs are friendly and great customer services. The variety of food you could choose was amazing. Everything else was almost freshly done, especially the sushi as the chef makes it in front of you and the rice was nice and soft unlike most places like Wasabi were the rice are pretty hard as it’s been sitting at the fridge for a while. The other hot food are also cooked per order and we didn’t have to wait too long(15mins) for proper cooked meal. But it never felt long as there’s always food coming to our table! There wasn’t a time limit per table so we literally sat there and ate for 3 hours. It was so worth the money(£15 pp). Absolutely love all the maki, nigri and temakiz as well as their pad thai and thai fish cake was really good(approved by one of our Thai friend). Their fish was fresh(obviously not top notch but not stale either). Their honey lemongrass tea was yummy. It was unlimited refill too with proper honey. Thumbs up! The only thing which we didn’t like was the spare ribs as they were way over done. I wasn’t too keen on their coconut Tom Yum. I felt I was having coconut soup rather than Tom Yum but their prawns in there was fresh and juicy. There’s also one toilet per gender so there tends to be a mini queue. I wish this was based in Central London because I would be returning very regularly. I might need to find another excuse to visit this place in the near future!

BF and I were on a double date and we decided to just pick whatever we saw on the street for a meal. After walking past a few places, Thai Edge looked promising, although I was hesitant to go in. They were VERY busy — they had a big party there for dinner but they accomodated us. Plus one for service. One major problem that we experienced is that much of the staff does not have a good grasp on English, which is problematic when ordering food. We tried to order several times, but our poor waitress didn’t get that we wanted starters first, dinner second, and wine with the starters. She had to flag down someone else on staff to clarify our order. That took away from the easy ordering experience we were hoping for. This restaurant is cozy. Interestingly decorated. The bathrooms are very tiny and in the back of the restaurant, up some steps — be careful you don’t trip on them! We sat right across from the bar near the door to the restaurant and enjoyed a bottle of wine while awaiting our food. Since we were on a double date, we decided to just order four or five dishes with rice and eat before we met friends at a pub for drinks. We ordered a noodle dish, green curry, spring rolls among a few others. The food was fantastic, authentic, and flavorful. The food took a long time to arrive and the portions were small, but we loved it. Had we had more time, we would have ordered more because we thought our food would be enough to feed our group but we underestimated how hungry we were. Overall, Thai Edge needs to work on a few things. I didn’t want to rate them lower than four stars because we really loved the food and wanted to go back, but they need to make improvements on the service and being more timely with food. Do a take away if you don’t want to deal with any service mishaps. But I can easily say that we were so well-fed that we didn’t get annoyed or impatient with anybody.

Can’t recommend this highly enough, it’s just greatbutonly go on a Sunday or Monday(all day)…for £13.80 you can eat as much as you like, including Thai food and freshly made sushi. It really is unbeliveable as you can stuff your face for a reasonable price. The presentation of the food is good too. My only down point to this restaurant is that the waiters don’t speak very good English which can get a bit frustrating, but then again as they are Thai it makes the restaurant more authentic :0)

This place is a little treasure, there is a thai and sushi menu, both which cannot be faulted. On thursdays, lunch and dinner from the sushi menu is half price, and on sundays and mondays its all you can eat off both menus for £13.95. The food is excellent, there is a massive variety and the service is fantastic. I have eaten there plenty of times and am yet to find fault
