I wish i could give it a 0 star, this place is the worst on the parade.
Over priced milkshakes, food and desserts. Poor service, rude staff, I’d never spend my money in here. They should actually be closed down!!!
I’d be much happier staying at home making my own food and drinks. Worst place in London.

This use to be my regular dessert place as it was the first place to open nearby. It’s great for what it is. The location is great as its a minute walk from Queensbury station, open till midnight and has a great range of milkshakes as well as lovely food on offer. The prices are reasonable for the area. The milkshakes are made the same as Tinseltown and use the same equipment but don’t taste the same. The desserts are ok but not amazing. I have had better in London. The food is Indian vegetarian and is pretty good for what it is. It isn’t authentic but if your after some light Indian food it is good enough. I know people recommend The Regency which is opposite but I personally prefer the food here. All in all if you are in the area and fancy a milkshake or a bite to eat then I will suggest this place but I personally wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

This has got to be the worst place in London if not the world, the service is poor n the staff are clueless, the owner is a joke and can’t even make a milkshake, her customer service skills are the worst I’ve seen, the shakes are runny n flavourless, owner argues with customers, over Priced poor quality food n the worst shakes. Stick to tinsel at least they friendly helpful n don’t argue with you, as they understand Customer service. Also whilst ordering my shake I saw two mice run across resturant floor. Eewww never go again Owners reply– This review is based on a lie. The owners were out on a family wedding all day today. You could not have been served by any owners and another fact is that the place has been awarded the highest rating of hygiene in the whole borough therefore being unsatisfied and being met with not one but even 2 rats speaks for itself how much of a liar and story teller you are. You could put your grievances in writing properly to be dealt with in the proper manner and you would no doubt have been shown a service rebate but you choose a cowards way to put your thoughts online. Good luck to you and boomshakes never want to see customers like you coming through their doors in any case. You are better off at tinsel town. Thank you for your unnecessary made up review. Just to clarify I’m no coward, and you run a poor quality business which you try to make as a high class business which it clearly isn’t, your milkshakes ate flavourless and runny, and all your customers would be better of with tinsel, you may have won a award which is dated, but at present you did have mice run around on my visit, also regards to my experience, it took place several weeks priorer to my visit you donut. So please do not reply and accept you run a poor low quality and over priced business.

Unfortunately, a single star has to be awarded for a review to be logged. This is by far the absolute worst restaurant/​café/​milkshake place in the world. I tried to place an order from this place and after waiting nearly 2 hours I called them and was told the order was cancelled. The staff member then said the driver called through to say it had been cancelled. This was a blatant lie and when confronted with this was adamant he was being honest.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Dishonest staff and undeniably the worst service I’ve ever received. Took a gamble and don’t want you to make the same mistake.

These people can make a good milkshake out of any candy or biscuit! And they are quite tasty. Perfect after a spicy Indian meal at one of the several restaurants nearby.
