Holistic counselling with Lisa is amazingly life
changing. Since the first time I saw Lisa I felt totally safe in her presence.
For the first time in my life I felt understood and was able to express how I
felt without any judgement. Lisa knew how to best work with me and helped me
find my own answers and I gained clear directions in my life. My one to one
sessions with Lisa empowered me and I discovered who I really am underneath all
my past experiences. Since seeing Lisa I now look at life and those around me
in a more positive way and more positive opportunities have come to me. Lisa’s
work is invaluable, I now cope with the stresses of life so much better and I
can’t even imagine how things would be if I hadn’t of taken up sessions. Having
one to one sessions with Lisa was without a doubt the best investment I have
ever made for myself.
