Post Office

Yes, I know we all whinge about the National Joke of Post Office queues but this has got to be the winner. I have only been in once and never again. It is only tiny for the main Post Office in the town and there doesn’t appear to be an organised queuing system. I have seen the Elderly and Young Mums outside in the pouring rain.
Several people in front of me only wanted a form which were not out on the usual wall racks so they had to queue.
The Greeting Cards are along the wall, totally blocked by people & children were playing with them whilst they waited.
Why can’t they — Organise a Concertina System for the queue. Move the cards to where customers can look at them. Put the forms in racks on the wall. Install a computer linked to the Post Office for people that don’t have one at home so they can complete transactions online.
Limited pay parking on road opposite so don’t take too many parcels or anything too heavy.
Staff ARE efficient & helpful.
