Kingshill Inn

Ahhh, the Kingshill. What a classic! We wouldn’t ever properly drink here, since it was a little far from everything else (plus, The Spot was our hangout) but I’ve supped a half of coke or a pint of Guinness here many a time whilst awaiting a take away from next door. It’s a little rough and ready at times, because Dursley, but generally it’s not too bad.
Drinks wise, you can expect your staples of lagers, mixers, and — as I mentioned — Guinness. There are some seats out the front for those occasionally balmy days and, if I recall rightly, a little garden of sorts to the side/​out the back. There used to be a few bowling lanes, I think, but I couldn’t say if they’re still in action — I’ll have to check next time I’m home!
If you’re into grabbing a take away, it’s a solid spot to grab a swift one whilst it cooks, that’s for sure.
