Installation team which was sent via this shop to a relative set up a SKY HD box with HD TV using an analogue SCART lead instead of a digital HDMI cable. I guess this is the equivalent of buying a colour TV and the installation team setting it to b/​w. Either way, you can draw your own conclusions as to exactly how the installation team technically understood how HD works and why SCART leads can only transfer analogue (i.e. non-​HD) signals. The relative didn’t know this, trusting the installation team and thought they were getting HD.

From the street this shop looks quite small but inside it has a good range of electrical brown and white goods and upstairs they have a homewares section with a small selcetion of furniture as well. the staff are without exception well knowleged in the products they sell and the prices are very comparable to the chain stores such are currys and comet which are also in the tonwn. They have all the latest models available and usually have one model on a really good deal. the home section is a great place if you are looking for a gift for a housewarming or just something different for yourself — again in here the staff are very friendly and the prices are very competitive. A great place just for a browse
