Just a frustrating store with constantly empty shelves. Even during covid other stores fill their shelves with little problem but Waitrose never gets its act together. It is now become ridiculously expensive.

A bit strange to review a supermarket maybe but the staff in here have always seemed far friendlier and polite compared to those in the Sainsbury’s.

By far the best supermarket in Dorking. they stock the lot and you don’t feel intimidated by some of the homeless people you’ll find I’m Sainsbury in Dorking. All the staff at lovely except for two. See if you can spot who I’m talking about next time your in there!

They stock a good range of fresh and frozen food, catering for keen cooks as well as people who just want to shove a rady meal in the oven. They have a very good range of beers and wines, with a large part of the front of the shop dedicated to booze. Parking can be difficult at weekends, with cars queued up back along the road waiting for spaces to come free. At peak times the supermarket staff the car park to guide motorists to free spaces, which is very handy. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
