Zest

I was visiting Doncaster for the weekend for my Dads Birthday and we decided to book Zest. Which is a a trendy-​modern restaurant in the town centre of Doncaster the interior is modern and the atmosphere was great with many other parties going on around us. It sure was a popular place! Service was quick and if you needed service you just press a little buzzer on your’e table for assistance. Drink prices was very reasonable with a pint of Peroni for £3.50. Cocktails were around £5. The menu has everything you could want from Burgers to Fajitas. Theres so much choice i couldn’t decide what to have. so i went for a double smokey BBQ Burger at £11.90 not the best burger ever but it was ok. the prices are fantastic and on your’e birthday you get a free starter, main and desert! No wonder this place was so busy! So if you are ever over in Doncaster for the races or a night out with friends or family then give this place a try!

Pretty good! Lovely starter of king scallops, perfectly cooked, then I had the lamb burger from the specials menu. Delicious. I was too full to finish it all though. My only gripe is that the bar staff throw the empty bottles into a big box behind the bar with a huge CRASH each time. I jumped at each one. Placing the bottles wouldn’t be hard and would be easier on the ears.

The food is great! I’ve been to Zest lot’s of times and never had 1 bad meal, their chicken skewers are lovely as are the fresh flat breads. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The restaurant gets very busy at lunch times and evenings, you’ll definitely need to book on a week end.

Excellent service and food. The press buttons on each table to call for assistance are a brilliant idea. Just had the Lamb tagine. It was to die for. A must go to
