St Chads CE Cont Nursery and Infant Primary School

This is a great little Nursery and Infants school. Although it is a Church of England run school, they don’t discriminate against any faith and the population of the school is mostly of muslim faith.
When you first take your child to St Chads it is like joining a big family. They encourage parents and other family members to get involved very early on. there is a very helpful family learning program as well as having all your regular coffee mornings and school fairs.
In my time as a parent at the school I got to know all the teachers very well by first name terms and was always welcomed to help out with activities and trips.
The other great things about the school is the head teacher Mrs Bull is always accessible to parents and children alike and she takes a hands on approach to running her school unlike other schools I have visited where the parents wouldn’t even know what the head looked like.
If you live in the area and are looking for a good start to your children’s education I would pick St Chads and you will find it so hard to leave when they reach 7 years old but it will be all worth it.
