I worked for this agency the end of last year for just short of 3 weeks but only got paid for about a week and a half, they (Tristam) did not pay me for a week and a half, about £900 (I’m a class 1 driver) when i brought this up to Tristan he gave me a load of flannel but eventual paid for a few days and promising the rest was paid into Nova my accounting company, i took it up with them and they showed me proof that it had not been paid in at all, in the end i had to take them to small claims court (you can easily do this on line via money claim online) and 6 months later and a lot of my time spent i got the full amount back + costs. Do yourself a favour and avid like the plaque. All i said here i can back up with court written prof.
