Gee’s Sandwich Bar

Full English Breakfast, with extra black pudding, is awesome. So big you’ll not need your dinner. Prices and service both excellent.

I’ve always been a fan of the ‘local’ feel sandwich shops, made while you wait, exactly how you like it. Gee’s is one of those places, you can rely on a good meal with a decent amount of fillings too, not like some other places that give you 6 pieces of grated cheese and one ring of onion!
This week I’ve been on a bit of a Jacket Potato cheese and beans binge and I’m happy with how it’s been from Gee’s only once out of 4 times has it been below par and that was just a new person serving I think and they were a bit stingy with the beans!
Good friendly atmosphere in there and the cakes look great. It’s all very reasonably priced and has that great cob shop/​eat in smell! I’ll be going here for a while yet!

really nice food, especially breakfast cobs, prices reasonable. staff are friendly and service is quick. be careful if you park outside, nearly got a ticket.
