Fantastic shop selling great — more traditional children’s’ toys (quality makes such as Brio etc) plus a great range of greetings cards and even a post office tucked away in the corner.
The only word of warning is check the opening times in advance to avoid disappointment as it isn’t always open when you would expect.

This toy shop in the village of Baslow is fantastic. Forget plastic toys, the majority of items in the shop are wooden and could easily be mistaken as hand crafted. The toys are good value and cost no more than the plasticy alternatives. We got a lovely ride on cow for our daughter, and a stunning noahs ark. If you’re in the area then take a look!
