Since refusing to put right his shoddy work on the basis that some paperwork was missing (as if he has no record on file), I#'ve since found out he pulled a similar stunt with an elderly neighbour who did have the required paperwork. Avoid this company at all costs, he's dodgy as hell and I'll be taking him to court. Again!
