In Arcadia is another gothy shop in Darlington but not only is it a goth shop, there is also a café upstairs which serves hot a cold food as well as drinks. The food I had there was very tasty. Downstairs it has a lot of goth clothes and accessories as well as little trinkets. The owners are very friendly and welcome anyone and quite often have events. This shop is more than just a shop and restaurant but also a community for anyone who has ever felt left out or different.

Huge and interesting range of contemporary alternative fashion, and largest choice of body jewellery I’ve ever seen. The man behind the counter is friendly and helpful, and always there no matter when you go in. I went to a belly dancing call in the upstairs café one evening and he as still behind the counter making jokes to some other customers and I had been in early in the morning that day buying for a work friends birthday.
A great place to shop
