Lloyds TSB Bank

I’ll be honest, I don’t actually bank with Lloyds but I really wish I do. I often stop by to deposit money into my partner’s account at the counter and every single experience I have has been great.
I normally bank with Barclays next door and if you see my 2-​star review with them, I’m pretty unimpressed. If only I had just gone to Lloyds instead to open my account because now I can’t be bothered to switch over!
~ Atmosphere:
There are a few ATMs outside and the inside is pretty small. I can imagine it getting crowded in here often if there happens to be more customers waiting.
~ Customer Service:
Why this place gets 5 stars. Every time I’ve dropped by the customer service is really friendly yet extremely professional such as Barclays. When it gets busy, there’s constantly staff around trying to make sure everyone gets seen to so your experience is as quick and painless as possible.
Normally, when I make a deposit into an account, I like using the counter instead of drop-​box because I want to double check that the cash is going into the right account. A man came by to teach me how to use the drop-​box once, but I decided to stay in the queue for the counter. I sheepishly apologised to him letting him know that I just want to ensure the money is going to the right place but he made me feel really at ease and told me that it’s important that whichever method I choose I’m 100% comfortable with it.

Maybe in the future if I stop being so lazy I finally make the switch to Lloyds because my experience with them so far has been wonderful!
