I’m not an active user of Unilocal but tonight, I was compelled to write a review after being served what could only be described as ‘utterly distasteful’.
On the face of serving Indian cuisine, all I got was a mish-​mash of boiled spinach (Palak Paneer = spinach + cottage cheese + spices) and paneer without any spices and butter naan which tasted more or less like the one get at Sainsbury’s or Tesco.
It was Indian food done wrong, completely wrong.

This restaurant serves great food, the service was fast and efficient. The wine was amazing. We got there without booking. Got a nice table. It was a Tuesday night and the offer 4 courses for £9.99 was on, so we couldn’t resist.
The food presentation was very beautiful. Really enjoyed my food and my evening in Sangri. Would definitely recommend to visit this gem in Croydon.
Will go back again and very soon.
