Good old Holland and Barrett. Place to stop by if you are after vitamins mainly but also provide for natural alternatives for creams, soaps and the like.
They also have a reasonably selection of natural food and snacks for a healthy alternative and for those very much into health and fitness a reasonable selection of protein shakes.
Staff are knowledgeable so you should check with them on what you are buying especially if you are on other medication. Was able to advise not to mix certain things and what would work well together.
Look out for their penny offers, well worth it.
