ASDA has everything. You can buy clothes, shoes and if course groceries. The store also has an in store pharmacy. You can order birthday cakes by using a kiosk. They also have an in store bakery. I suppose the prices are okay, they have a lot of 2 for deals but the savings is very little. The staff are friendly and somewhat helpful. The cashiers are a little different than what I’m accustomed. I found them a little slow and more interested in having long drawn out conversations with the customers. The cashier I had was not capable of taking and working, needless to say check out took forever. They are definitely not into speed. The hours are good and they will have anything you need. By the way, they also offer a free service. Shop online, pay and then you pick it up at the designated time. Excellent!

The biggest plus about this store is there is an Asda self serve petrol station that takes only card payment! The petrol prices is very competitive to local petrol station majority of the time it is cheaper! So the store itself also has a mini McDonalds as well as Thompson which is a key cut shop/shoe menders and a pharmacy. There is a large clothing range where there is a mini rail that has reduced clothing items all year round. For me I think another plus for this store is the halah meat counter. They have a wide selection of cuts of meat as well as meat already seasoned! My favourite being the chargrilled flavoured chicken niblets which is great to cook when you just don’t have the time to marinate and doesn’t take long to cook in the oven.

Asda, also known as Chav-da, is a place to be avoided at all costs. Took 10 mins to park, the premises were the usual scruffy ill-treated norm, and I was almost blinded by the sea of Burberry. Snob, moi? I hope not, but I can live with that label, if it means never having to return here again.
