nicely decorated on the inside but that’s about as far as it goes. The chap behind the bar was unable to raise a smile or exchange pleasantries. The wife and I ordered food which was on a par with a weatherspoons.
I’m a big fan of supporting local pubs but places like this do themselves no favours.

I love this pub in summer its great, great gardens with plenty of room. Could spend hours here. Staff friendly too. Would reccomend this pub

I am a real fan of this pub, whatever the weather it is a winner.
They have a cosy little bar area and a separated substantially sized restaurant area, ample parking, a garden and a climbing frame for children. Which pretty much ticks a box for everyone.
They offer a restaurant and a bar menu with all the traditional British Pub Options plus a few delightful alternatives, such as the spicy chilli. If you only fancy a light bite and opt for a sandwich, be forewarned they are humongous.
Situated slightly on the outskirts of Crowborough it is certainly worth the trip and much better than the majority of the pubs the town centre has to offer.
