I do not normally write reviews but after reading the previous review I felt I should share my experiences: I have used One2one parking and I have booked to use them again in August(3rd time this year). Our experiences with their customer service has been brilliant, they have helped load my baggage and even returned the baggage trolley for me while I settled my children. I know the other members of my family that have used them have had nothing but compliments for the staff(they recommended the company!). Each time I have used them my car has been waiting for me when I come out of the terminal(even when the airline I flew with changed the terminal at the last minute) and the staff have been very helpful. As i have said before I have already booked to use them again and will again in the future, I would recommend One2one parking to anyone

The worst customer service I have ever received. I left my car with the company and when I called up after landing I walked around for over 45 minutes trying to find my car. Whilst on the phone to the Managing Director of One 2 One Parking(Diane Redmond) I was told that the car was where it had been dropped off and that I was ‘being thick’.After 45 minutes I managed track down Diane where I found that they had brought the wrong car and not mine. I was then made to wait a further 20 minutes for my car to be delivered. I was advised that the full cost(£40) would be reimbursed to me. After 4 days I had not received a reimbursement and had to call to ask for my money back. I was advised that a cheque would be sent for the full amount. One week later I received a cheque for £10, which is quite frankly an insult. I would advise anyone looking to book with one 2 one to find an alternative that won’t lose your car, insult you and then fail to reimburse you. In response to Gary Hearn and Prsguitar24 I wouldn’t say I am highly strung. The minimum I expect with an airport parking service is to have my car returned to me upon my arrival and not someone else’s car. I accept that mistakes are made however it is how they are dealt with that is important. It appears to me that the same error will keep happening at One2One parking based on this quote from the Managing Director when I explained the car wasn’t mine: ‘well whose is it then?’. It appears that the company has very poor controls in place, which would also make me question how safe my car actually was during it’s stay. I would also like to congratulate One2One parking for the initiative it has shown in writing the two reviews below. Both seem overly complimentary but I would question the objectivity of each review.
