This dental practice (Toothworks, Richard Grant and Partners) has opted out of the NHS except for a limited number of patients, eg children and pregnant women. Other patients pay private charges or join a dental insurance plan. Reception staff, hygienists and the dentist I usually see are friendly, professional and reassuring. Very good with children, speedily filled a cavity in my daughter’s tooth almost without her noticing. You can get seen quickly by a dentist if it’s an emergency but the hygienists are always booked up well in advance.
