Ushi’s is just full of beautiful gifts, candles, cushions, jewellery etc. I particularly liked their range of newborn baby gifts for both boys and girls, which were more imaginative than I’ve seen elsewhere.
I was surprised to find that Ushi’s now has its own boutique on the first floor stocking an interesting mix of gorgeous fashions, some of which had a distinctly vintage feel about them. The prices are not cheap though, at £30 for a very plain T Shirt I felt they may be overstepping the mark.
The upper floor also had some beautiful lamps on sale as well as some highly distinctive photo frames.

Ushis is so representative of Cowbridge it’s unreal. It stocks a mix of cute gifts for mums/​aunties/​sisters and slightly pointless trinkets for yourself. If you need to buy a really pretty pen or an ornate key ring for a woman in your life then head to Ushis for your fix. The jewellery boxes are really pretty and the prices are also incredibly reasonable. It’s the kind of place that if you have a stationary fetish (as I do…) could trigger a notepad binge.
