Food is cheap and the service is quick and polite. The place is open late for a good night out with a good price for drinks and there is a place outside that does great food for when you’re drunk. I would recommend you come here with friends for a casual drink, don’t bring your mother in law.

it’s another friendly and cosy british pub in coventry. there is a patio to having a drink outdoor. Prices are quite cheap and on tuesday night, there are karaoké the whole night. the atmosphere is really warm. by going to this place, you can be pretty sure, you will have fun.

One of the most disgusting pubs in Coventry, yet always seems to be the place that you end up at the end of the night when everywhere else is shut. Things have calmed down a bit now since they stopped opening til stupid times like 6am. Cheap beer but don’t expect much else. The burger van outside is well worth a visit mind you, whether you’re going to the oak or not.

This is the ultimate in student bars, which means during term time, this place is heaving with older teenagers desperate for a good time. The beer in here is cheap, the toilets can be disgusting, and the music is loud. That can be heaven for some, hell for others.

The oak is a very simple pub. they do a range of pub food which is cheap and here you pretty much get what you pay for.
It’s popular with the students.
They have a late bar too at the weekends.

Definately a soap dodgers pub! Also a local student hang out, this is a great pub, been known to be open til 5am — not ure if thats the case now. They sell food inside during the day, nice no fuss food. At night they often have a greasy burger van, mmm. The bar is very small but its a great atmosphere. The have live music events and even played host to Covstock with live bands playing non stop night and day. In the winter they set up a giant inflatable thing to sit in with heating!
