Nice pub especially in the summer when it attracts a very big crowd on weekend nights. Serves food which is of an ok standard and reasonably priced but tends to be more of a drinking establishment especially during the evenings. Drinks are well priced and also a good variety of beers and ales available.

Great food served all day. Nice setting and atmosphere with friendly and ‘on the ball’ staff.
On the night time it gets packed which cause a queue for the bar. Other than this it is a great place to go as pre drinks but definately for staying there all night in. You throw on a nice top as it can verge on bar stlye clientel and atmosphere on the nights.

The holly head is really popular especially in the Summer when the weather is good as they have a massive garden with umbrellas and stuff.
They do food which is average, good value but not overly exciting.
They have pub quizes 2 nights a week, a fun one and a more serious one.
It’s a nice atmosphere and usually quite busy.
