Cheap booze in town. Bid screen for football/rugby matches. Terrace upstairs. Serves food. Depending of the time of the day, you will meet different people here, a nice Cov medley. Good for having a drink with your mates, not for a date!

This basically a weather spoons pub. It is in the centre of town and is frequented by many different sorts of people. The beer is cheap which means yo get a number of old men drinking in there all day. The food is the standard weatherspoons menu and not the best weatherspoons food I’ve ever had. The service is ok and again not the greatest. They do have a garden area to the rear upstairs.

A fairly standard weatherspoons with plenty of cheap drink and cheap food along with the usual array of career alcoholics in their from opening time. A good location of a cheap pint and bite to eat of a lunch time but probably one to miss in the evening.

A Wetherspoons pub, this is one more recommended for food during the day rather than a night out. No atmopshere at all to speak of, as there is no music whatsover, the food is reasonable priced and reasonable quality, and the drinks are ridiculously cheap. The staff are typical of a large chain pub and don’t go far to be friendly or chuck out people being a bother.
