I visited this pub when working in Coventry, as it was the closest pub to the office. The pub is primarily targeted at students, what with it being part of the Scream pub chain.
I have eaten in here several times, and I must say the food is of a good standard. Food options include burgers, with the classic burger only £3.95 served with chips! Bargain! Breakfast’s are served until noon, and there are sandwiches, jacket potatoes and a good range of main meals such as lasagne and sausages and mash.
The bar staff are friendly too, and don’t appear to get flustered when it gets busy. Lots of offers on food and drinks are available regularly.
The pub is open until midnight every day.

student pub, really great prices even without a yellow card! the staff are really friendly and teh food is excellent value without a compromise on quality! definately recommend, its not that busy during the day but it gets quite busy in the evenings and is RAMMED when the football is on

the aardvark is part of the it’s a scream chain of pubs. This pub is located just out side of the ring road but just by the skydome.
It is close to earlsdon and some student halls as well as a snooker place so gets a range of people in.
They do reasonable priced food and have a quiz on a sunday night.

This is a typical student pub, as it’s located straight across from one of Coventry University’s halls of residence. It’s a scream pub and offers a yellow card scheme where you end up getting discounted drinks and offers on food. Regardless of that, it does offer cheap drinks and really nice food. It’s always quite busy.

Good food, great drinks, worth going to if you have time as its not that packed. The pub is part of the scream chain pubs. So you can expect those good prices with student offers too. Always good to hear! Close to the skydome on the edge of town. Kind of out the way but still close to town!
Its near the butts college, very near to earlsdon. Also great for pubs too.

Typical Scream pub but I found it the best of the ones I had been to. Not seemingly as packed but more pleasant and enjoyable.

A student and soap dodger pub! Its a very nice pub, is very much a student pub but they didnt mind me in there! It shows the important football matches and can get quite busy with it. The food is really nice but be warned it can sometimes take so long for it to come out! They have pool and a few bar games like giant jenga. Its not too far from the rugby ground either.
