OK so its Pizza Hut right? A simple chain of restaurents geared up to us pizza lovers, and this little addition to the Pizza Hut empire is a gem in itself. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the food is always served quickly and clearly freshly prepared. The salad bar is always kept fresh and well stocked. They say the best things come in small packages, and where this branch is concerned, they were definately spot on!
Though it may be worth noting that if you are after a quiet meal, pick your times carefully as it can get a little crowded in there when the kids are off school.

Go there quite often for lunches and dinners for general catchups with friends.
Staff seem to have become alot friendlier and helpful recently.
Favourite deal atm is the Happy hour offer, a personal pizza drink and 2 pieces of garlic bread for £4 on a weekday between 3 and 6pm
Great when u want to go and sit for a meal (not in mcdonalds or similar) and not spend or eat a tonne lol
Lovely place and location, busiest on saturday afternoons and buffet times though it is a large Hut and very rarely do you have to wait for a table (last time i did i was in a group of about 7 so it was understandable, and even then it was only about 10 mins)

This pizza hut is in the centre of town and is a large shop. They can hold alot of people and get very busy in the holidays with kids and at the weekends.
They do the special lunch time menu and do the salad bar. The staff are reasonble but do not excel in any waiting services.

went to pizza hut with my two kids for lunch after a long day of shopping this summer gone. I was made to feel like a stranger this time round, after having gone there quite a few times. The staff were not very friendly or helpful at all and it took almost half an hour to finally get my meal. The mum with two kids seated at the table next to me seemed to get quite a lot of attention and help. As for me, they looked at me like I was some alien from an unknown planet and I had to ask for help where I needed it, despite obvious situations. I don’t know whether it was because I had a crying toddler that I looked alien or something else. Won’t be going back to pizza hut, lower precinct again.

A good pizza hut but no different to any other really. Staff polite but wouldn’t say overly helpful. Buffet lunch seems like a great dela but have found that the pizza disappears very fast and takes quite a while to get re-​stocked which isn’t ideal if you are on a lunch break. Good value for money if the pizza is coming out regularly though. Great location for a lunch break whilst out shopping and is decent size so tends to always be free tables.

This is a great place to have pizza, in the middle of town while you shop. They have great buffet menus on during the weekday, for around £6.99. There are lots of seating and its a generally nie place to be. As it relatively new compared to other places in town it shows. Good service and great Pizza here, so go in a grab a great buffet lunch!

We went for our girly lunch treat and all enjoyed the £6.99 meal deal. Over all meal and drinks came to about £9 each plus one dessert. the restaurant has been recently refurb and look lovely and clean.
Plates are cold for the italian piazza? Service was good but my only niggle is having to request drink refills. Parking is excellent.

The pizza’s are ok and fairly tastey. Prices are ok for pizza.
Takeaway service is great and you can order online and pay when you recieve your pizza at the door. It is located in an ideal location.
However, In my opinion Staff was slow putting out pizzas at the lunch buffet. I was told they had plenty of delivery orders to make. As far as I am aware several customers kept checking the buffet counter for more pizza and I feel we did not get much ingredients on the pizzas that were offered.
I would personally argue it’s a poor deal for your money
