PARCELFORCE makes life easier for themselves, thier customer’a are not number one, thier drivers are number one and thier work load, dispite they work around the clock, but still say to customers to pick up your parcel or pay a ridicilous fees which is custom fees, so overall its not about us, its more benefit to them, they certainly dn’t make feel like number one customer, it isnt that easy sometimes to collect your parcel you know in some areas you don’t know and when you don’t drive. i personally don’t like this service, its around £8-£17 fees plus on top of that£12 fees if you want next day delievery, i feel sorry for those who have no choice but to pay this, the customer here is not feeling here they come 1st.;-(

Parcel force, the other part fo the royal mail except delivering bigger mail around the world. Pretty much the sister company of the royal mail. If your parcel is delivered and then taken away again like it often does to everybody because you werent in, then you have to collect it. Now to collect it yourself you have to get the three spires industrial estate, which is close to the m6 and a444. Not the easiest or quickest place to drive to depending on where you live. When you arrive you will drvie round some roads with rather large speedbumps, and then finally at the end of the raod you will find the collection point. The collection point has about 8 spaces for cars, which as usual is not enough. When inside you are greeted by not the most exciting colours or design but by quite a boring bland office style room. With an employee working behind the counter, endeavouring to help people retrieve their parcels and pay import taxes if any have been given. You can also send parcels from the depot too, which on a busy day is just frustrating, as only one person can served at any one time. So can take quite a whil to get seen. They do the job intended well, the only problem is the service wehn you need to pick something up etc.
