Boss Shoes

Refused a refund after one was promised.
I Brought 4 pairs of boots from Boss (Tile hill) branch on 2^nd of February. I had a man serve me who was very helpful. I brought two pairs for myself one pair for my father and one for my partner. I did ask him more than once if either my partner or father don’t like them can I have exchanged/​refund he said yes of course. I did notice mild wear on the bottom of a couple of pairs of boots but as I was getting them at around half price I didn’t mind. Unfortunately my partner tried the boots on in our front room and she didn’t like them and the fit. I said no problem we can go up to boss and you can get another pair or a refund. We went up today and couldn’t find a pair that she liked so asked for a refund. To be told because there were a few hairs on the sole from our carpet they feel they have been wore outside so refused any exange or refund. It’s left me and my partner feeling accused of lieing. I have contacted trading standards and am prepared to take this to court with regret.

I love this place, each time I visit Coventry I make a point of stocking up with my bargains. My recent purchase was 3 pairs of boots I’m really chuffed to bits and cannot wait to show off to my friends. I would like to add also, the staff are very friendly and helpful!

This place is great for decent priced shoesm they have all the latest looks and he shoes are really well manufactured. the prices are fantastic, they do mens, womens and childrens and also have handbags etc. The shop doesn’t open all the time but is definitely open on saturday and i believe have now opened a new shop in ball hill. well worth a visit to pick up some lovely bargains.
