Minerva Chocolate

One of The Brit’s bestest ever friends has a wonderful habit of giving me chocolate for Christmas, which I don’t detest, because it’s always been good. Last Christmas he bestowed upon me a lovely little white box of mixed truffles made locally in Colchester. I love gifts, I love chocolate, and I love local, so it was splendid.
I waited until well after my return Stateside before diving in because I know me and chocolate — we begin and end quickly. The truffles were wonderfully indulgent, not large, and just the right amount of sweet when you need to treat yourself. Have to many and you go to far. Minerva has done a wonderful job of making it just right. All the flavors were grand such as vanilla, strawberry champagne, salted caramel and others. Some were dusted lightly on the outside as well. The flavors were lovely.
I highly recommend just picking yourself up a small box, it’s all you need, and indulging once in a while in these hand made lovelies.
