Went for the manicure and my manicurist was an absolute doll, the sweetest lady. However, my french mani cost £19 and chipped off by the end of the day. and by the end of the day, I mean I had an appointment at 6pm and my nails were chipped by 12am.
I believe that because the polish was an older and therefore thicker, it caused there to be too much polish on my nails. There was a definite huge rise on the tip of my nail as a result of this, and I am not new at manicures. If i am paying £19 for a basic manicure (that didn’t even remove most of my cuticle), then I expect it to last at least a few days.
Overall: Manicures are a no-​no. Hair is so-​so. If you are desperate, then go-​go.
