Four of us turned up at about 9pm on a Saturday night, to a friendly welcome.
We ordered a meat dish each– I had chicken korma, my boyfriend had lamb passanda and I don’t remember what his parents had, but they loved it. We all got nans and poppadoms too.
My korma and peshwari nan were delicious– big portions– had to taken lots of leftovers away with us!
Really relaxed atmosphere, non oily/​greasy food, quiet, and friendly staff, especially the waiter who served us– he was brilliant!
Would return and try something different from the menu. :)

Really amazing indian in the forest of dean. I recently had some friends up from London and they were really impressed so i thought id write e review.
The food is always really fresh, and the tarka dahl is a winner.
Lovely people who work there and good service for both take away and eat in.
They usually give a few complimentary popadums if you make a large order which is sweet.
Highly reccomend, none better in the area i dont think.
BYO wine if you eat in as they no longer have alcohol licence.
