Sawmills Garage

I was seriously disappointed with the service I had from this garage — to the point where I am considering legal action. They had my car in for a long time before finally diagnosing a relatively minor problem with the electronics. I said go ahead, and was later told there had been a much bigger problem — and bill. despite my being available, and clearly stating that I was to be kept informed, they had gone ahead with the work without consulting me. I tried to resist paying but of course when you need the car and they won’t let you have it until you have paid, you have to pay up. Somehow I think they knew that too! I should have called the police there and then. All in all an experience to learn from!
